🧠 QUOTE OF THE WEEK

The only way to predict the future is to create it.
Peter Drucker

Hey 👋 Creator!

Imagine waking up one morning and realizing that you’re living your dream life. You’re doing work that you love, you’re surrounded by people you care about, and you have the freedom to do what you want, when you want.

Sounds good, right?

But how do you get from where you are today to your ideal future?

The answer is simpler than you might think: start bringing your ideal future into the now.

WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?

It means taking action on the things you want to achieve, even if it’s just for a few minutes each day.

For example, if you want to become a great photographer, start by shooting 100 pics a day. If you want to start a business, start by working on it for 30 minutes each day.

The important thing is to get started. And the more consistent you are, the faster you’ll see results.

THE HOLISTIC DAILY ROUTINE

To make the most of your 1 hour a day, you need to have a holistic daily routine. This means dedicating time to creativity, productivity, and experimentation.

Here’s a sample routine:

  • Morning: Creativity (writing, painting, music, etc.)
  • Afternoon: Productivity (working on your goals)
  • Evening: Experimentation (trying new things, learning new skills)

Of course, you can adjust this routine to fit your own needs and schedule. But the most important thing is to make sure you’re setting aside time for all three of these activities.

THE NEED FOR DEEP WORK

In a world of notifications, distractions, and overwhelm, deep work is more important than ever.

Deep work is the ability to focus without distraction on a cognitively demanding task. It’s essential for anyone who wants to achieve their goals.

Here’s how to get started with deep work:

  1. Choose a task that requires deep focus.
  2. Find a quiet place where you won’t be interrupted.
  3. Set a timer for 90 minutes.
  4. Work on the task until the timer goes off.
  5. Take a 15-minute break.
  6. Repeat steps 3-5 until the task is complete.

The Priority Ladder

The priority ladder is a way to structure your deep work sessions.

Start by identifying your top priority. This could be something like writing a book, starting a business, or learning a new skill.

Once you have your top priority, break it down into smaller tasks. Then, prioritize those tasks and schedule them into your deep work sessions.

Here’s an example:

  • Top priority: Write a book.
  • Smaller tasks:
    • Outline the book.
    • Write the introduction.
    • Write chapter 1.
  • Priority ladder:
    • Day 1: Outline the book.
    • Day 2: Write the introduction.
    • Day 3: Write chapter 1.

Changing your life in 6 months is possible, but it requires focus and dedication.

By following the tips above, you can create a holistic daily routine that will help you achieve your goals.

🚀 CREATIVE TOOL OF THE WEEK

Google Bard

Everyone is talking about ChatGPT, but hardly anyone mentions Google Bard. Why? Well, Bard wasn't the first one in the game. However, Bard is a badass tool. It's seamlessly integrated into Google's universe and workspaces. Right now, I use Bard instead of ChatGPT and I absolutely love it. Best of all, Bard is completely free without any need to pay for extra features.

I highly recommend giving it a go. You'll be blown away by how dope it is. And yo, remember, this is just the beginning.

Hope catch you next time. It'd mean the world to me.

Open up your heart. Stay creative and free.
